Very high performance Ready-mixed Concrete
BTHP: VERY HIGH PERFORMANCE READY-MIXED CONCRETE.
This micro structure, very high resistant material can be used for projects where there are very demanding mechanical or environmental conditions.
In fact, BTHP can be used for outside furniture, flagstones, and balustrades, swimming pool edges, statues… as well as for public and private spaces (hotels, restaurants, boutiques…) or for specific events. Its ease of installation gives it many different possible applications.

MATERIAL
Micro mortar THP (Very high performance) integral coloured. Interior or exterior use.
Delivered in 25kg bags.
Demolding: objects made from this material can be removed from the molds after only 24 hrs.
COMPOSITION
Material made from silico-calcareous mineral base, white cement and specific additives.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES (28 DAYS)
Compressive strength: 120 Mpa
Flexural strength: 12 Mpa
Modulus of elasticity: 50,000 Mpa
Shrinkage: 0.5 a 1 mm/m
Density: 2.2
SURFACE APPEARANCE
Many different textures and tints can be obtained by varying natural pigments and the size of the aggregate.
The fluidity of the material also allows for exact reproduction of the micro structure and the texture of the mold.
The material is also specially formulated to avoid air bubbles forming on the surface. It is self-compacting and does not require vibration.
