Thanks to MPR’s flexibility (brilliant or matt, rough or smooth finish…), all your ideas can come to life – tables, bowls, worktops, reception desks, decorative objects, descriptions, communication materials, in single pieces or in large series.
MATERIAL
Micro mortar, integral coloured.
For interior use.
Delivered in 25kg bags.
Demolding : objects made with this material can be removed from their moulds after 1 or 2 hours.
COMPOSITION
Material made from a silico-calcareous mineral base, binding agent and specific additives.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES (28 DAYS)
Compressive strength: 50 Mpa
Flexural strength : 10 Mpa
Modulus of elasticity : 28,000 Mpa
Shrinkage : less than 50 μm/m
Density : 2
SURFACE APPEARANCE
Many different textures and tints can be obtained by varying natural pigments and the size of the aggregate.
The fluidity of the material also allows for exact reproduction of the micro structure and the texture of the mold.
The material is also specially formulated to avoid air bubbles forming on the surface.
