A work for the Museum of Contemporary Art Chamarande
From 13 May to end September 2007
To apply this principle, a new concrete is being developed by the research laboratory ARKHEIA material. Models of 30 cm, 60 cm, 120 cm (being acquired collections IAC Villeurbanne, Georges Pompidou Center) and 350 cm (Airs de Paris exhibition) were performed.
As part of this research, to achieve Chamarande, a new model was designed to test the maximum stretching of a cast of this self-structural concrete on a sphere (not a half-sphere) inflatable textile 80 cm in diameter. The ball was carried out in orange. It was suspended about 150 cm from the ground by a steel cable to allow for the free flow arches.

Unlike all the principles of construction, François Curlet proposes "cool architecture in the direction of gravity." The concrete is poured on a cloth bag that you retire. "The gaps in the cast arches announce future will be access from the carrier".
