The technical and aesthetic qualities of design objects require a strong human know-how, that the Arkheïa has acquired and confirmed in five years of running. The technical expectations level and the strategy of development of the mineral edition profession imply an important increase of manpowzer at short and medium term : 5 to 10 jobs created before the end of 2011.
